I am completing my MDiv in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University and have experience supporting both adults and children in community and educational settings. My approach is shaped by two guiding ideas: We don’t exist in isolation. Your well-being is deeply connected to the relationships, communities, and environments around us. The challenges we face often make more sense when we consider the bigger picture of our lives.
Your story matters. Your past experiences can shape how you feel, think, and respond in the present. I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment, where you remain in control of your journey.
I believe that healing and growth happen when both your inner world and your connections with others are honoured. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to take steps toward change.
Outside of my work, I spend my time hiking, playing games with my family, painting watercolour cards, and reading both fiction and non-fiction books.
